Please review our return and replacement policy below: Custom Products (Rubber Stamps, Personalized Items): Due to the personalized nature of custom rubber stamps and other customized products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. However, if we made an error or the item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly remake and resend your order at no additional cost. To be eligible for a replacement: We may request the original item be returned, in which case we will cover the return shipping. Non-Custom Products (Ink Pads, Adjustable Band Stamps, etc.) We accept returns on unused, unopened non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund minus any original shipping charges. Important Notes
