Acme Rubber Stamp Co. Return & Replacement Policy

We take pride in delivering quality products and great service.

Please review our return and replacement policy below:

Custom Products (Rubber Stamps, Personalized Items):

Due to the personalized nature of custom rubber stamps and other customized products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.

However, if we made an error or the item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly remake and resend your order at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Call customer service at (214)748-4707
  • Email customer service at acmerubberstamp@gmail.com
  • Provide a clear photo of the issue along with a description.

We may request the original item be returned, in which case we will cover the return shipping.

Non-Custom Products (Ink Pads, Adjustable Band Stamps, etc.)

We accept returns on unused, unopened non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • You must contact us first to receive return instructions.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund minus any original shipping charges.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds on custom work due to buyer error (e.g., incorrect spelling or details provided by the customer). Please double-check all customization details before submitting your order.
  • Refunds and replacements are issued at our discretion.
