Acme Rubber Stamp Co. was born in the heart of Dallas, where we spent decades as a fixture of the Deep Ellum community. Our dedication to precision and craftsmanship, once highlighted by the Dallas Observer, remains the cornerstone of our work today. While we have since relocated our operations to Gun Barrel City to support our growth, our roots in the greater Dallas–Fort Worth area run deep. We are proud to continue serving our North Texas neighbors and beyond with the same standard of excellence that has defined our family business for over a century.

Acme Rubber Stamp Co. Shipping, Return & Replacement Policy

Shipping Policy We take great care in crafting your custom instruments and getting them to you as quickly as possible. Please note that all shipping rates are calculated based on current carrier costs to ensure your items are handled with the professional care they deserve. We offer tracked shipping on all orders to provide you with peace of mind from our shop to your door.

Return & Replacement Policy Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and are happy to help if an issue arises.

  • Custom Products (Rubber Stamps, Personalized Items): Because these items are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns once production has begun. However, if we made an error or the item arrives damaged or defective, we will promptly remake and resend your order at no additional cost.
    • To start a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by calling (214) 748-4707 or emailing acmerubberstamp@gmail.com. Please include a clear photo of the issue. If we require the original item to be returned, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Non-Custom Products (Ink Pads, Adjustable Band Stamps, etc.): We accept returns on unused, unopened non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
    • To qualify, items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. Please contact us first to receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund for the item value.
